These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk5667 ("tk5667", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at tk5667.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

tk5667 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within seven (7) days of a request will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the tk5667 platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username (mobile number) and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk5667 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk5667 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. We will investigate all reported security incidents promptly.

You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times. tk5667 will use the contact details on file to send important account notifications, verification requests, and promotional communications (where opted in). We accept no responsibility for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.

All transactions on the tk5667 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at tk5667's discretion without prior notice.

tk5667 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or bank may apply their own service charges, which are outside our control and are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within ten (10) minutes for mobile financial service accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. tk5667 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

All funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested, unless the funds were deposited and have not been used in any wager (in which case a direct withdrawal may be permitted subject to identity verification). Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in the Bonuses and Promotions section below.

tk5667 only processes withdrawals to payment methods that were used to make a deposit into the account, or to a verified account belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from funds derived from that bonus. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

Sports betting markets, including all cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), are governed by the specific rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) shall be final.

Live casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. All live dealer outcomes are determined in real time and are final. Slot and fishing game outcomes are governed by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. tk5667 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses resulting from normal game variance.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in bad faith.
• Posting, transmitting, or displaying any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful through any communication feature on the platform.

All content available on the tk5667 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and data compilations — is the property of tk5667 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of tk5667.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk5667 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

tk5667's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk5667 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We accept no liability for technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control, including interruptions caused by your internet service provider or mobile network operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk5667's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tk5667 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at tk5667.vip/privacy-policy. By registering and using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk5667 with respect to your use of the Service.
